Refund Policy

At NewGen AI & Marketing, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible service and products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
- Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable. These include:
- Digital downloads
- Gift cards
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items)
2. Refunds
- Approval Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 working days.
- Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
- Check Your Account: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Contact Your Bank/Credit Card Company: There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to report an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. This will allow us to look into the situation and make good where appropriate.
5. Shipping
- Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping Time for Exchanges: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- Trackable Shipping Service: If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
